Come together in nature for a free yoga class designed to support your well-being and strengthen our sense of community.
We’ll begin with 40 minutes of gentle, mindful movement — blending soft stretches and flowing sequences to release tension, awaken the body, and connect breath with movement. Then, we’ll transition into 20 minutes of guided meditation and restorative poses, inviting deep relaxation, inner calm, and a renewed sense of balance.
This all-levels class offers a welcoming space to slow down, nourish your body and mind, and share in the collective energy of connection and wellness under the open sky.
Bring your mat, water, and a friend — all are welcome.
